Business Challenge

To automate a regular business processes and operations for a A Government of Kerala Corporation engaged in manufacturing of  Wooden Furniture, Steel Furniture, Hospital Furniture, Computer Furniture, Laboratory Equipments, Aluminium Fabrication of any design.
Companies production units are located across different parts of Kerala. So there operations were needed to be synchronised and brought under a universal database  so as to bring about product and price uniformity across all the production units. The modules identified for implementation were Customer/Supplier Management, Products Management, Sales Management, Purchase Management, Human Resource Management and Finance Management.

Z-Beanz's Solution

Zesty Beanz offered a customized OpenERP based application to handle all the client requirements. GTK based OpenERP was implemented on windows environment at various Production units.
Multicompany concept was implemented here to connect multiple production units located across kerala, thus enabling each units to have its own individuality and also integrating all its operations into one single database.
The project was implemented in the latest version. User training was carried out; for the employees in various production units. Company was successful in converting all their traditional modes of practices to an efficient and reliable software application.

Benefits

This   application also enabled free and timely availability of information across various production units and the Head Office.
