Business Challenge

An International Trading company from Belgium requires an application to handle the regular purchase, sales, inventory and accounting and budgeting processes. A customized Product and price list category depending on customers and a cash flow forecasting graphs were also to be included in the solution.

Z-Beanz's Solution

Zesty Beanz offered a customized OpenERP application with Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting and other specific modules as per the requirement. The application was developed to work with a GTK as well as a web client. Handling multiple kind of Partnerships with customers and implementing price lists for different currencies for each of them were the primary requirement achieved in Sales. The Purchase process included automatic update of the Price list from various suppliers. The whole application was supported by the Inventory management and a fully fledged accounting customized for Belgian standards. Cash flow forecasting and budget analysis was done using the Dash board with supporting graphical representations.
