Winbooks - OpenERP Integration

The Integration module aims to import data from openerp into winbooks. Integration of openerp with winbooks software is described below. Its a one way integration with importing the invoices created in openerp into winbooks.

1) A customer is created in openerp and an invoice for that customer is created as shown below

2) Using the openerp module , these data are exported into ACT and CSF files (Files compactable for import into winbooks). The invoices within a time period can be selected as shown inFigure 3. When the button “export to csf and act” is clicked, the files are created.

3) The files created in step 3 are then moved to the windows machine running winbooks. By using the Winbooks Linker application, the files can be imported to winbooks as shown in Figure 4.

4) The test button in the Figure 4 can be used to check for errors. Using the import button, the data can be imported into winbooks. The imported data in demo version of winbooks is shown below.
