An IT product & service distribution company based in Hamburg, Germany which deliver innovative telecommunication products throughout Europe.

Among their partners are service provider, system integrators and solution providers. They required a customer friendly eCommerce site and an Integrated ERP for managing complete business process like purchase, sales, stock accounting, customer followups, reporting etc, which must have existing customer and products from their current web site. Also they needed the business process along with German localized functionalities.

Z-Beanz's Solution

From the point of requirements, Zesty Beanz has provided a well suited solution. It was a customized OpenERP working synchronized with integrated Magento web shop. After installation of the connector, all the customer details and product informations were migrated from their existing solution to OpenERP database, and then exported products information and images to Magento from OpenERP. This integrated solution has the capability of processing all the business on the web shop at OpenERP side with well defined and structured business workflows. Also the solution includes a number of reports on every business processes and in addition business analysis reports and separate dashboards for each departments.
