We introduced a RETAIL APP for the iOS devices for one of our valuable customer MEFROZ. They have The  best  retail outlets and warehouses in all Emirates of UAE.

The Application is currently using internally by all Mefroz outlets to replace pen-paper feedback forms and tedious data entry with real-time data collection from their In Store customers.

 

As we know, in today’s  advanced world of Mobile Devices, especially ipads are increasingly finding homes in small and medium enterprises.So we have tried to integrate the ERP with these types of gadgets, so that whenever the data (feedback details) are entered to the app, it will be easily  synced with the Odoo (openERP) database. The captured data can be effectively used for producing interesting reporting and analysis.

 

The seamless APP-ERP sync is a joint venture by our ERP and MOBILE wing.

 

The idea was suggested by Mefroz and we brought their idea to reality.The app is very easy to setup and login.

The Mefroz users can simply sign in with their own credentials using in the ERP Itself. From the displayed menu icons they can select the feedback forms such as store feedback, campaign feedback, delivery feedback and customer complaints. Fill the details accordingly and click the ‘Finish’ button so that the datas are saved in the Odoo(openERP) database.

 

It was a great success, and this app is the first one of the series of app which are going to  integrated to the Odoo ERP.
